The Courtyard | The Cocktail Bar | The Restaurant
Your party, the way you want it.
Our exclusive and fully enclosed courtyard is perfect for those large parties celebrating anything from engagement, birthday, christening, wedding reception and Christmas parties! It is equipped with it’s own fully stocked bar, AV facilities, carpark entrance, ceiling heaters, separate smoking and private restroom facilities. This area can cater for up to 120 guests.
We also provide set menus for large parties of 12 or more in our restaurant and cocktail bar. See our live music on Friday nights and our DJ on Saturdays! The bar is close by and packages are available!

The Bar
Cash Bar:
Guests pay their own way at the bar
Bar Tab:
A running bar tab with the total balance due at the end of the function

Barenz allows you to bring in your own decorations and styling! Speak to our functions
team about all the different possibilities. We’d love to help you make a lasting impression on your guests.
* We ask that no confetti or live flame candles are brought in (candles atop cakes are excepted)
MUSIC & ENTERTAINMENT
The Courtyard is purposefully designed to suit having a DJ or Live Music. We also have audio/visual facilities to enable slideshows, presentations PA system.
Your options include:
- Barenz Resident DJ for 4 hours – Contact for pricing
- Live Music – ask Barenz for contacts and pricing OR book your own (incurs $100 licencing fee)
- Bring your own AUX device (phone/tablet)
- Barenz house music
- Big screen for slideshows
