At just 15, Georgia was signed to her first major record label- distributed by Sony Music Australia and became a part of The Apprentices project, releasing 2 albums that showcased her incredible voice and gave us a glimpse of her unique style and promise.

Now 22, Georgia covers a large variety of genres, keeping up with the current mainstream tunes that hit the radio, to the classic and timeless songs that create a sense of nostalgia for everyone in the audience! Each song is transformed “acoustically” from their original sound into a unique arrangement, allowing the listeners to sit back and appreciate some of their favourite songs like they’ve never heard before!

Ash n Bodo

Having been heavily involved in the Sydney music scene, Ash ‘n Bodo are an experienced party duo playing a wide range of styles to cater for all occassions and tastes.

Ashleigh brings years of stage (and televsision) experience to our duo with an infectious stage presence and vocal skill that will have you entranced from the start. Brandon (Bodo) has been a part of the Sydney music scene since the late 90’s and has performed across Australia and also internationally in many weird and wonderful scenarios and will blow minds with ripping guitar solos and riffs.

Danielle Lamb

From the artist:

“Lana Del Rey & Joni Mitchell dancing around in a field singing ‘You’ve Got The Love’.”

My voice & I have been going round for a while now but like any solid relationship, we’re still getting to know each other. We’ve had some great times, greeting audiences at the Monterey Jazz Festival, CA, & supporting some great acts around Japan. We’ve been soul divas & disco dancing queens, hell we even spent 4 weeks at an Australian Army Recruit Camp getting our butts whipped just so we could be in an Army Swing Band. That’s just some of our adventures so far, and who knows what lay ahead. One thing is for sure, I will continue to dream, learn, love & create no matter where I am.

Right now I have my finger in a few pies – I perform solo using my live vocals, a live looping machine and a vocal effects processor. I do a mix of my own original material and mashed up covers. It’s fun and definitely different and I love getting a chance to perform songs I’ve written!

Live n Local Saturday 17th June, 2pm – 6pm

Barenz is smack bang in the centre of this exciting local initiative celebrating music and culture in Camden. We’re proud to present four of our favourite artists between 2pm and 6pm. Camden will be buzzing with activity on the day. The front bar will be open and pumping. Be sure to stop by and check out our new menu or enjoy a casual drink by the cocktail bar.

2pm – Georgia White

Georgia White is a surprise, from the very beginning. Her voice sounds like it comes from another time and another place. It echoes greats, but yet remains firmly relevant to now.  One listen to Georgia White and you’ll hear her inspirations and feel her aspirations and want to be a part of her exciting musical journey!

Georgia has been practicing music for over ten years, first beginning with singing lessons to build her confidence up as a shy 10 year old. At just 15, Georgia was signed to her first major record label- distributed by Sony Music Australia and became a part of The Apprentices project, releasing three albums that showcased her incredible voice and gave us a glimpse of her unique style and promise.

Throughout this opportunity at such a young age, Georgia had the pleasure of performing across Australia as support acts for artists such as Kenny Rogers and The McClymonts, and just recently- Australian icons, Thirsty Merc and Renee Geyer.

Now 22, Georgia is working towards writing and recording tracks for her debut EP, which clearly shows the enormous growth in her musically and as a song writer over these last few years. After just completing her Bachelor of Music degree in 2016, Georgia has gained a new appreciation for the different branches of music.

With her guitar and elements of percussion, Georgia covers a large variety of genres, keeping up with the current mainstream tunes that hit the radio- to the classic and timeless songs everybody in the audience can sing along to. Each song is carefully rearranged and transformed into a unique, acoustic rendition, allowing the listeners to sit back and appreciate some of their favourite songs like they’ve never heard before!
